Organizations that manage information assets are required to register them in the State Register of Information Resources and Systems in accordance with the provisions of HG nr. 153/2021. When developing platforms and information systems, the Unified Design Model shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of HG nr. 677/2025 and Order of the AGE Director No. 3005-094/2025
